Our VisionOur Ministry exists to provide a place where students can learn TRUTH, GROW in their faith, and HONOR GOD with their lives as they FOLLOW Christ. Our ministry also exists to reach non-Christian students with the good news of Jesus Christ and to, through the Word of God, build in Christian teenagers a faith that they practice daily, encourages others, and lasts a lifetime.
Purpose & Goals Matthew 28:19 & 20 says, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you...” Our Purpose Statement is derived from this scripture. We will evangelize the students, and will then disciple them to mature in obedience to Christ through fellowship, worship and ministry.
Matthew 22:36-39 says, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.” That is our goal for the students at Hope Chapel...that they will learn to love God completely, and learn to love others in the same way. The objective is specific and measurable and it includes every part of their life...what they say, how they love, and how they conduct their lives in faith and purity. (I Timothy 4:12)
Our vision for them is maturity...the kind that lasts for a lifetime. We strive to help them recognize and learn how to make wise decisions, according to God’s will, that will enable them to follow Him throughout adolescence and beyond. We anticipate that our ministry will lay the foundation for life long obedience to Christ.
