Geoff Alfassa Highschool Pastor

  My name is Geoff Alfassa and I am a
  newlywed to my beautiful and amazing wife
  Joanna. I live in Lawndale, CA, and enjoy riding
  bikes to the beach, eating and grilling good
  food, playing backgammon, writing
  rhymes/poetry/spoken word, and chilling with
  students. I grew up in El Segundo my whole life
  and then went to Santa Monica College for 2
  years and then transferred to Biola University
  and graduated with a BA in Biblical Studies. I
  would love to be a missionary/church planter

Kenny Kauffman Junior High Pastor

   Hey Guys! I am Kendall James Kauffman a.k.a
  Kenny. I was born and raised in Columbus, OH
  and moved to California the week of my 23rd
  birthday. My birthday is 2/25/86 and I currently
  live in Hermosa Beach! I played football in high
  school and for the University of Findlay in Ohio.
  I am currently attending Vanguard University
  and will graduate in the Spring of 2012 with a
  BA in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in
  leadership and ministry. I plan to go to Talbot
  Theological Seminary and further my education
  after completing my bachelors. I enjoy sports,
  lifting weights, hiking, eating and making food,
  reading, and writing. I plan to be in youth
  ministry for a long time to come, as it is one of
  my deepest passions.

Scott Elliott Family Pastor

  As the Family and Youth Pastor, Scott oversees our
  junior high, high school, & college/career ministries &
  the volunteer leadership teams within those
  ministries. His vision for our students & young adults
 is to provide a place where they can learn truth, grow
 in their faith, & honor God with their lives as they
  follow Christ.
 
   Scott has attended Hope Chapel since he was in
  junior high & has been on staff since 1997. He earned
  his B.A. degree in Religious Studies, with a double
  emphasis in Pastoral Leadership & Youth Ministries
  from Vanguard University. He is currently pursuing a
  Master’s Degree in Philosophy and Ethics from Biola
  University: Talbot Theological Seminary. He and his
  wife, Louise, both grew up in the South bay and now
  reside in Carson with their two kids, CA.

Paulina Raspe

   Paulina is the Youth Department's administrator. She grew up in the
  South Bay and attended Mira Costa High School. She handles all the
  registration and payment for camps and events. When in doubt always
  hand her the check.
